Observer Effect

「A bullet night where the hard sounds of heavy-duty basslines and rapid beats never stop ringing.」 Observer Effect is held on the first Friday of every odd-numbered month by DnB crew Hangover member Satoshi and R LOUNGE staff member UMY. This third edition features HALU, a member of Tribal Connection, a long-time leader of the jungle scene in Japan, who weaves ethnic and oriental elements and indigenous sounds with jungle and other bass music at its core to build the floor. Also on board is Tokyo-based producer Itti, who released an EP on Diffrent Music in 2018 and made his UK debut at Noise Test in Bristol. He has since released on international labels such as Onset Audio, Syhda Music and Unchained Recordings, while co-writing tracks for dBridge and Kabuki's project NEW FORMS. They have performed at festivals such as Membrain Festival in Croatia, Noise Test Croatia and MUTEK Japan. This time they will perform a live set with an emphasis on techno. In addition, Acrocanthosaurus, who successfully supported the main floor of MPH's Japan tour held at Circus Tokyo in January, will join the band to rock Shibuya on the eve of GW. 『重装のベースラインとラピッドなビートが織り成すハードサウンドが鳴り止まない弾夜』 奇数月第一金曜、DnBクルーHangover所属のSatoshiとR LOUNGEスタッフのUMYが開催するObserver Effect。 第3回目となる今回は国内ジャングル・シーンを長きに渡り牽引するTribal Connectionのメンバーであり、ジャングルをはじめとしたベースミュージックを根幹にエスニック、オリエンタルの要素や土着的な音を織り交ぜてフロアを構築するHALUが登場。 また、東京在住のプロデューサーであるIttiが参加。2018年Diffrent MusicからEPをリリース、ブリストルで開催されるNoise TestでUKデビュー。その後Onset Audio、Syhda Music、Unchained Recordingsなど国外のレーベルからリリースを重ねつつ、dBridgeとKabukiのプロジェクトNEW FORMSで楽曲を共作。クロアチアで開催されているMembrain FestivalやNoise Test Croatia、MUTEK Japanなどのフェスティバルに出演を重ねている。今回はテクノに重心を寄せたLive Setを披露する。 さらに、1月Circus Tokyoにて開催されたMPH来日公演なメインフロアのサポートを成功させUKベース、レイヴ・サウンドをメインに様々なジャンルを横断しつつフロアの熱量コントロールするAcrocanthosaurusも参加し、GW前夜の渋谷を揺らす。 ※本公演では20歳未満の方のご入場はできません。ご入場の際に全ての方にIDチェックを実施しております。写真付き身分証明証をお持ち下さい。 *You must be over 20 with photo ID.
