Introducing a stellar lineup of artists who have made significant waves in the electronic music scene: Nez Senja (Helios XL), Itek, Yadin Moha, and JFÜNG. Each brings a unique perspective and sound, collectively pushing the boundaries of contemporary music.
Nez Senja, now also known as Helios XL, has been a mainstay in Singapore’s nightlife circuit for over a decade. His diverse musical influences reflect his belief in the timeless quality of music, appealing to a wide audience. Nez Senja's style oscillates between rocking club dancefloors and mixing smooth beats at brand activations and special events. He has performed one-off DJ sets in cities like Bangkok, Bali, Hong Kong, Manila, Milan, New York, Kuala Lumpur, and Shenzhen. Online, he has curated DJ mixes for platforms such as Blast Radio, Mixmag Asia, Bangkok Community Radio, and Resident Advisor’s Mix Of the Day series. Under the Helios XL alias, launched in 2023, he graced the inaugural Boiler Room Singapore, Sunda Festival, and Keep Hush Live Singapore in 2024. Nez Senja's music spans genres from Jungle-D&B to Hip Hop, House, Techno, Electronica, Dub, Afrobeat, Funk, Soul, and Jazz, catering to a diverse sub-cultural audience.
Itek's sets are known for their unexpected blends, combining non-club styles with ritualistic elements, low-end womps, and psychedelic soundscapes, creating a unique and captivating listening experience.
Yadin Moha plays music - sometimes for dancing, sometimes just for staring at the ceiling.
Yadin’s radio sets explore experimental electronics, noise and psychedelia while his club and festival sets wade in and out of _wave, post-punk, electro and techno; in an ever-evolving attempt to connect the dots between contemporary electronic music, deconstructed traditional motifs, subversive symbolism and sweaty dance floor hysteria. Regarded by his peers as one of the early proponents of outsider dance music in Southeast Asia, Yadin Moha has been patiently pushing these fringe sounds and ideas for the last fifteen-odd years, steadily converting one dance floor at a time.
JFÜNG, born and raised in Hong Kong, began his journey into electronic music and DJing in 2014. His passion for music selection and production has been shaped by his travels and exposure to vibrant underground scenes in cities like Los Angeles, Taipei, Shanghai, Amsterdam, Shenzhen, and beyond. In 2021, JFÜNG curated DARK METAZ, an immersive audio-visual experience and underground bass-music rave collective. DARK METAZ showcases darker, bass-heavy sounds and striking visuals, and hosts a resident radio show on FMBelowground. JFÜNG’s live sets are a sonic journey through electronic music, captivating listeners with his deep, dark, and bass-driven rhythms. 2023 was a breakout year for JFÜNG, with performances at renowned festivals like Clockenflap, Omni Field, and ShiFuMiz. DARK METAZ was also selected as the official host and promoter for the Asia tours of notable artists such as Hebbe, The Glitch Mob, and Hamdi. JFÜNG's commitment to pushing boundaries and curating unforgettable musical experiences continues to inspire and elevate Hong Kong’s electronic music scene.
Together, Helios XL, Itek, Yadin Moha, and JFÜNG represent the cutting edge of electronic music, each bringing their unique styles and artistic visions to create unforgettable musical experiences.
