Beat Match was born out of endless app swiping, unsuccessful matches and realising that sharing music with someone special is the ultimate connection.
We are here to flip the script on dating, no more boring questions and awkward silences. It’s all happening at The Greyhound in Peckham on Wednesday 30th April and we’re bringing the vibe, the music and the chance to connect with likeminded single people. No small talk or forced pleasantries here – just people who get the power of good music.
For our first instalment, we’ve got Jack Wrenn behind the decks to soundtrack the evening. Jack is a London-based record collector and DJ with an eclectic music style that sets him apart from the rest. His sets span genres such as hip-hop, jazz, R&B, deep house, garage, and techno, showcasing his love for music with a deep groove. Jack also hosts the ‘Peel It Back’ podcast, where he interviews notable members of the dance music community. He was recently tearing up the Imaginarium in Leeds for the Last Days of Rome party and he’s set to deliver another stellar set at Dimensions later this year.
If you’d like the chance to hear your favourite track played on the night, drop Beat Match an email at beatmatchlondon@gmail.com before Friday 25th April with your track ID.
Stay sound.
