Dundee Dance Event (Closing Party) festival

The closing party for the UK's biggest multi-venue dance music event has moved to the 3000 capacity Live House in Dundee city centre. There are 200 DJs and artists playing across 29 venues, with some exciting new venues added this year including Live House which will host the Closing Party. Early bird tickets sold out a while ago, but there are final release general admission tickets and student tickets available through Skiddle. As for the lineup … DDE has always been about giving up and coming DJs and producers a platform to showcase their talents. There are so many of them who have played DDE over the years that have gone on to have amazing careers and we absolutely love to see that. There’s also a crop of current DDE DJ/producers whose tracks are being signed to major labels and are knocking at the door of being major global players. Add to that, the cracking collective of DDE regulars, favourites and resident DJs from all over Scotland and beyond, who are seasoned DDE campaigners and have been the backbone of the event from its inception in 1998 and relaunch in 2011, that's what makes DDE a unique event in the Scottish clubbing calendar. DDE CAR PARK STAGE The new underground car park stage is making its debut this year and it’s shaping up to be a brilliant addition to the event.
