The final Hometown Sound session in Glasgow before summer, featuring a mic-section combination of two of the best MC's in the country. Port Antonio native Daddy Scotty is a veteran of the sound system scene, spending his youth in his homeland of Jamaica before making his way to Scottish shores. His body of works spans over 20 years, featuring studio collaborations with Mungo's Hi Fi, Big-Toes Hi Fi & many more. This is Scotty's first performance on Hometown Sound in Glasgow. WENDS is no stranger to the Hometown mic section. Our collaboration started back in 2022 and has led onto countless shows around the UK sound system scene. This artist has the rare ability to combine soulful singing with the deadliest deejay skills.
