La entrada BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE incluye, barra exclusiva, baños exclusivos, NO da acceso a stage. El BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE tiene unas reglas de convivencia, y la productora se reserva el derecho de revocar la permanencia en el espacio ante comportamientos que comprometan dicha convivencia. Las plazas son limitadas, pero pronto anunciaremos otros eventos durante este año. · Acceso a través de validación de entrada. La identificación personal con DNI puede ser requerida por la organización. · La entrada es válida para acceder al recinto una única vez, no estando permitido el acceso una vez abandonado el mismo. · Los asistentes pueden estar sujetos a un registro según la Ley de espectáculos. La Promotora se reserva el derecho de admisión. · La entrada no puede ser objeto de devolución, ni cambio, salvo cancelación total del evento, o modificación de la fecha de celebración del mismo, en cuyo caso se devolverá el importe de la entrada excluyendo los gastos de gestión que corresponden a un servicio prestado durante su compra. · No se permite la entrada de objetos considerados peligrosos o prohibidos por la organización y/o normativa vigente tales como: paraguas, palos selfie, cascos de moto o sillas plegables, mochilas, entre otros. · La Organización no garantiza la autenticidad de la entrada si no ha sido adquirida en los puntos de venta oficiales. · Se informa de la captura de imágenes dentro del recinto por diferentes medios para su posterior difusión informativa. El asistente al evento autoriza dicho uso que será responsabilidad de cada medio. Las imágenes pueden aparecer en Internet por lo que su difusión puede no ser controlada. · La actuación podrá retrasarse por diversos motivos: seguridad, tráfico y/o las que estime la organización por motivos del público en general. · No está permitida la entrada a menores de 18 años. · Las personas con entrada PMR o Acompañante, deben acreditarlo debidamente en el acceso al concierto y/o la zona acotada para Personas con Movilidad Reducida. Solo se permite la compra de una entrada APMR por cada PMR. · Queda terminantemente prohibida la reventa de esta entrada. · Las entradas early access restringen el horario de entrada del evento. Esto significa que los adquirentes de las mismas deben asegurarse de acceder al recinto antes de las 19.30 horas dado que, en caso contrario, el cliente no podrá hacer uso de su entrada. En el supuesto de que el cliente no haya accedido antes de las 19:30 horas al recinto, podrá abonar la diferencia entre el precio de su entrada early access y el precio de entrada en taquilla. DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL E IMAGEN Con la compra de la entrada y al asistir al evento, doy mi consentimiento para que, en el transcurso del mismo, se me tomen fotografías o se grabe mi imagen por distintos medios. El término “imagen” incluye video o fotografía fija, en formato digital o de otro tipo, y cualquier otro medio de registro o reproducción de imágenes. Las imágenes podrán ser utilizadas, de forma gratuita, tanto por Centris/Brunch, como organizador del evento, como por terceros a los que Centris/Brunch haya cedido las imágenes. Los fines de las imágenes serán de uso promocional y/o comercial de los eventos a través de distintos canales, incluyendo las redes sociales, así como la creación de distintos materiales y contenido, como por ejemplo el “After Movie” o la inclusión de las imágenes en reportajes de resumen del evento en medios y canales de terceros. --- SAVE THE DATE :) On Saturday 3rd May we'll see you at the Auditorio de Málaga with an amazing lineup. The BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE ticket includes exclusive bar and restrooms but DOES NOT grant access to the stage. The BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE has a set of coexistence rules, and the production team reserves the right to revoke access to the area in case of behaviors that compromise this environment. Spots are limited, but we will soon announce more events throughout the year. · Entry is granted upon ticket validation. Personal identification (DNI or ID) may be required by the organization. · The ticket is valid for a single entry to the venue. Re-entry is not allowed once the attendee has exited. · Attendees may be subject to a search under the Entertainment Law. The Promoter reserves the right of admission. · Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is completely canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, the ticket price will be refunded, excluding service fees incurred at the time of purchase. · Entry with objects considered dangerous or prohibited by the organization and/or current regulations is not allowed. This includes but is not limited to umbrellas, selfie sticks, motorcycle helmets, folding chairs, and backpacks. · The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets unless they have been purchased through official sales channels. · Images may be captured inside the venue through various means for later informational dissemination. By attending the event, the attendee authorizes this use, which will be the responsibility of each media outlet. Images may appear on the Internet, making their distribution uncontrollable. · Performances may be delayed for various reasons, including security, traffic, or other considerations deemed necessary by the organization for the general public’s safety. · Entry is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years old. · Attendees with PMR (Persons with Reduced Mobility) tickets or accompanying passes must provide proper accreditation upon entry to access the designated area for PMR attendees. Only one accompanying ticket is allowed per PMR ticket. · The resale of this ticket is strictly prohibited. · Early access tickets restrict the entry time to the event. This means ticket holders must enter the venue before 7:30 PM. If they fail to do so, they will not be allowed entry unless they pay the difference between their early access ticket price and the door price. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, I consent to being photographed or recorded through various means during the event. The term “image” includes video or still photography in digital or other formats, as well as any other form of image recording or reproduction. The images may be used, free of charge, by Centris/Brunch, as the event organizer, and by third parties to whom Centris/Brunch has granted the images. The purpose of these images is for promotional and/or commercial use related to the events through different channels, including social media, as well as for the creation of various materials and content, such as the "After Movie" or inclusion in event summary reports on third-party media and platforms.
