ARGA TAKES OVER

Cityboy from Seoul, the core member of the sound collective 8alace—known for inviting numerous artists to Seoul and hosting showcases and night events—will be visiting Japan alongside Youngisland, a resident DJ at the renowned nightclub ARGA SEOUL. Both artists, who have released EPs and compilation albums based in house and disco, are currently spearheading a sound project called SEKYO, which focuses on fostering musical exchange between Seoul and Tokyo. Through this project, they have already invited a lot of numerous artists. Representing Seoul are Cityboy from Seoul and Youngisland, while Tokyo brings together a strong lineup featuring DJ SHIKISAI, head of the leading domestic disco label Diesel Disco Club; Nari from the DJ collective CYK; and KEN SAITO from the Kitasenju-based record shop letus recycle center.
