Hyperreality - Festival for Club Culture 2025

Hyperreality is an annual festival dedicated to club culture and sound experimentation. For its 2025 edition, the festival returns to the historic Otto-Wagner-Areal, repurposing its former industrial kitchen into two floors on May 24th and 25th. Breaking free from the traditional constraints of clubs and concert venues, Hyperreality reimagines these environments, creating an immersive setting for global and local artists who see music as a transgressive art form that is able to embed sound, performance and architecture as equal parameters. This year’s lineup features a mix of emerging and pioneering artists, with a special international showcase by São Paulo’s Mamba Negra collective and an immersive applied arts bar project called Lesbian Bar.
