All aboard the People Carrier! The newest party hitting the Leeds scene is kicking off at the city’s new subterranean sultry listening bar, Holding Patterns. Expect the best downtempo, dark and minimal house and techno that Leeds has to offer. An evening shindig from 8pm until midnight, perfect for all you Yorkshire geriatrics, or a pitstop for the weapons on their way to late night revelry. Blubear and Shiraz will be supplying dark and delicious wonk for this knees-up. These two are firmly rooted in the Leeds scene, and for good reason – they’ve been getting toes tapping and bodies moving for years. Shoring up the ranks are People Carrier’s very own Saul Connelly and Joseph Quash, so expect their signature blend of wiggy groove with a healthy dose of acid lines and Italo synths.
