Silicon Radio x Company: Alena Vox (Mexico City)

Silicon Radio and Company are teaming up to present one of Mexico City's finest DJs, Alena Vox, on Saturday, May 10th, at Kolectivo. Alena Vox is a DJ, producer, and co-founder of the labels Playas Misterio and Discos Pa' Llevar. Born in Mexico City, she has embarked on an endless search to highlight the connections between sounds from different eras and rhythms, crafting an innovative style that spans World music, Disco, Downtempo, and House, culminating in a unique sound she calls 'Balearic Trance'. She has played at some of the top clubs and parties in Mexico, including Bahidorá, UFO Camp, Funk, SundaySunday, and Mimi Disco, where she holds a residency and hosts a monthly party series called 'Danzadrome'.
