Fossil Archive presents a Sunday evening of Techno at The Glove That Fits! This event series is by the team behind the London based Techno label Fossil Archive. The events will focus on pushing local up and coming talent to give them a platform to grow as artists. We aim to create a safe space where all are welcome: NO RACISM, NO SEXISM, NO HOMOPHOBIA, NO TRANSPHOBIA, NO AGEISM. - NO CAMERA POLICY - Venue: The Glove That Fits - Address: 179 Morning Lane, Hackney, E96LH, United Kingdom A killer lineup featuring: // Mark Broom // A truly prolific artist, Mark Broom has a myriad of production credits to his name having worked with world renowned labels such as Blueprint Records, Rekids, M-plant, EPM, Cocoon, Bpitch Control, Warp Records and the legendary Ifach with Baby Ford. It all started in the summer of ‘89 when he landed in Tenerife on vacation and stumbled across the delights of the emerging sounds of Chicago and Acid House. Returning to the UK, he immediately went in search of this new found music, a pair of turntables were bought and with it a musical career was born. He has also had the pleasure of reworking material from artists such as Robert Hood, Floorplan, Alan Fitzpatrick and Gary Beck. // R.M.K // Fossil Archive label boss R.M.K rounds off the lineup who has regularly played everywhere from Berghain and Tresor in Berlin, to fabric over the past 10 years and who's music has been championed by the likes of Nastia and Soma Records. // Jamie Anderson // There are few electronic music lovers that haven’t already heard Jamie Anderson’s work. He has proved himself as a long-term force to be reckoned within the dance music scene, not only through his own broad spectrum of production talents across the colours of dance music but also from his exceptionally high quality DJ and live performances around the globe. Jamie first made his name internationally in the early 90's and quickly became a recognised pioneer of the UK Tech-House scene. Jamie is also the co-producer for the successful Idiotproof project signed to Jesse Rose's Made to Play label. Having never allowed himself to be pigeon-holed or categorised, instead he looks forward to create new sounds rather than follow trends. A new artist album is in progress and more outstanding music is set for release in the coming months - Jamie is very much the artist to look out for. // Sazzle // Sazzle is a London-based DJ and artist whose genre-defying sets draw on her background in architecture, music, and art. Her signature sound blends hard groove, tribal sounds, and the percussive drive of latin rhythms, creating a powerful impact of rhythm and intensity. Focused on building and releasing energy, Sazzle centers her mixing around tribal and percussive elements. Defying genre boundaries, her sound fuses diverse influences to create something entirely new and dynamic, always driving the energy forward. With past appearances at Boiler Room, Arcadia, and underground parties across the UK, she has supported heavy-hitters like X Club, Salute, O'Flynn, and Neffa T, to name a few, all while continuously pushing her sound forward.
