“THIS NEXT PART IS IMPORTANT SO PLEASE READ”
Big moment for us, and there is more planned in the future. Meaning the next bits of information are vital to our success of a nice smoothly ran event. If you do decide to come to Stage & Radio on the 4Th we welcome you with open arms. It is important to us at PHD & Stage & Radio that the people who are attending are free thinking and open minded individuals. In addition to this it is essential that everyone in attendance including the venue, its staff and other customers are treated with respect. At PHD we strive to be as warm and welcoming as possible to make sure that everyone feels comfortable, for anyone who is interested and comes in peace is welcome to join us.
Throughout the night it essential we respect the staff and volunteers around the venue in addition to this I am open to listen to all your feedback. We welcome it at PHD and hope that we can take it on and contribute to your thoughts and ideas next time we have an event.
NO PHOTO: No photos will be taken unless they are confirmed and agreed to before. They will most likely be me and blurred anyway :)
Zero tolerance for assault and harassment is a clear and firm stance that we uphold this indicates PHD will not tolerate any under any circumstances. This approach is adopted to create a safe and respectful environment for everyone. If this were to happen to yourself there are staff and volunteers who will be available if any help is needed. When going up to the bar say the name Angela and you will receive help. This also involves any words of a derogatory nature, unwanted physical touch or inappropriate language. If you see any of this happening, please come find a member of staff and they will deal with it.
A zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate language is a strict stance at PHD the use of offensive, discriminatory, or disrespectful language in any context is against all PHDS moral fibre. We want to send a clear message that such language will not be tolerated and will result in your removal of the party. Creating and maintaining a safe space policy is essential for fostering a climate of respect and inclusion where all individuals should feel safe when partying, PHD wants people to participate, share, and learn in a supportive environment.
