LIVING ROOM 11th Anniversary

The Legendary Party "LIVING ROOM" Curated by DJ Quietstorm DJ QUIETSTORM is a true musician who has consistently carved out his own sonic path, drawing from hip-hop, house, jazz, and beyond. His unique approach has cultivated a devoted following, and the special nights he curates—despite being held on weekdays—have always attracted a lineup of top-tier DJs and artists from across genres, alongside emerging talents poised to shape the future of music. From Daikanyama’s UNICE to Shibuya’s Contact, and now at Shibuya ENTER, the party continues to evolve. While ENTER does away with the signature “sofa DJ setup,” its centrally placed DJ booth on the dancefloor has established a new, immersive style that perfectly fits the LIVING ROOM concept. LIVING ROOM began in April 2014 at Cave246 in Ikejiri-Ohashi, moved to Daikanyama UNICE later that fall, then to Shibuya Contact in 2019, and has been held monthly on weekdays at Shibuya ENTER since 2023. Now, it celebrates its 11th anniversary. Last year, to mark a decade of LIVING ROOM, the party was held at 10 “GOOD PLACES” across Japan, gathering music lovers from all over the country. This year’s 11th Anniversary edition returns to its current home, ENTER SHIBUYA. The special live guest is none other than 漢 a.k.a. GAMI, the founding force behind iconic hip-hop label 〈9SARI GROUP〉 and the mastermind of Japan’s premier MC battle, KING OF KINGS. As a collaborator on countless tracks and the creator of countless legendary moments, GAMI remains a living legend in the scene. Joining him is 志人 (Shibito), a boundary-pushing artist who expands the potential of language through music, theater, voice performance, and storytelling that bridges classical Japanese traditions with contemporary expression. Also joining the celebration: KILLER-BONG, founder of 〈BLACK SMOKER RECORDS〉 and 〈EARTH HOLE RECORDS〉 SAMO, from FULLHOUSE, who continues to expand his reach with high-profile gigs both in Japan and internationally KONBEEF, a live DJ unit featuring Kon from the Tokyo-based dance music collective Timothy Really Lab., and BLUNT, the founder of HATOS—known for its label, café, and broad media presence And DJ PUMP, a turntablist legend from Canada with over 25 years of experience and a reputation as one of the country’s finest A night of sonic ecstasy. Come dance until dawn on May 1st, right in the heart of Golden Week. 『DJ Quietstormによる噂のパーティLIVING ROOM』 ヒップホップ/ハウス/ジャズに限らず、様々な手法で独自の音楽を提示し続けた真の音楽家であるDJ QUIETSTORM。彼だからこそ為し得ることのできる特別な一夜には、平日のパーティにも関わらず様々なジャンルのトップDJ/アーティスト、これからの音楽を担う若いアーティストらが招かれ、音楽を愛する多くの人々を魅了してきた。 代官山UNICE→渋谷contactを経て、渋谷ENTERではソファーに座ってのDJスタイルではないがダンスフロアー中央にブースが位置する新しいスタイルも既に定着し、コンセプトにマッチした空間を創り出している。 LIVING ROOMは2014年4月より池尻大橋Cave246から初まり、2014年秋に代官山Unice、2019年に渋谷contact、2023年より現在渋谷ENTERと毎月平日に開催され続け、11周年を迎える。昨年は10周年を記念して全国10GOOD PLACEにてLIVING ROOMを開催し、各地で多くのミュージックラバー達が集った。 今年の11th Anniversaryはレギュラー開催しているENTER SHIBUYAにて。 今回のゲストライブは、言わずと知れたヒップホップレーベル〈9SARI GROUP〉を牽引する主宰であり、MCバトルの真骨頂 KING OF KINGSの設立者、客演として参加した曲は数知れず、数多の伝説的瞬間を残してきたリビングレジェンド漢 a.k.a GAMI。演劇、舞台芸術やボイスパフォーマンス、古典芸能の語部、言葉の起こりを表現した空間演出等の活動を通じて、音楽表現だけに留まらず、言葉の持つ可能性の領域を拡張し、絶えず己の道を邁進する志人が一堂に会す。 さらにゲストDJに、〈BLACK SMOKER RECORDS〉〈EARTH HOLE RECORDS〉主宰KILLER-BONG、FULLHOUSEより、国外を含めた多くの場所でラブコールを受け、飛ぶ鳥を落とす勢いで活動場所を拡げるSAMO、東京を拠点に活動するダンスミュージックコレクティブ Timothy Really Lab.のKonと、レーベル運営、カフェ、多くの媒体を運営するHATOSのファウンダーBLUNTで編成される、ライヴDJユニットKONBEEF、25年以上のキャリアに裏付けられた確固たるスキルで、カナダ屈指のターンテーブリストとして名高いDJ PUMPがラインナップされた。 更に追加アクトでDJ QuietstormとKOYOsaxのセッションが決定！ 音の悦楽の境地。ゴールデンウィークも真っ只中の5/1、朝まで踊り明かそう。 Open 22:00 ¥3000 Door ¥2000 Before 11PM | U-23 | Advance
