MARK WALLACE (Beat Quest)

Mark Wallace’s DJ roots go back, way back to the mid 80’s when he first discovered Northern Soul and Mod Culture, he started collecting records and crate digging in dusty places like the old Dens Road market in Dundee. Since then Mark’s music selection has included many musical genres inc Acid Jazz, Talkin’ Loud and Detroit techno not forgetting Jazz and the UK jungle scene, hiphop, funk and house music. Resident DJ at one of Dundee’s premier club nights ‘Sometin’ Kookin’ back in the day , Mark played alongside Gilles Peterson, Norman Jay, Femi Fem, James Lavelle, Keb Darge, Mr Bongo Sound System & Billy Davidson. You can always trust in Mark to bring something unique to the party so we are looking forward to his debut at T.S.T.C. new space, this will hopefully be a monthly or bi monthly session in a Beat Quest style & fashion
