Spring is bringing us a wave of dance energy, and as the cherry on top, we’re serving up a brand-new treat in collaboration with Wrong Era—the label run by Fabrizio Mammarella, Italy’s dancefloor maestro and a resident of Peti Kupe. A pioneer of nu-disco and a torchbearer of the new Italian sound, Mammarella has curated a stellar lineup of dance music wizards for this special edition on April 25th. All set within the beloved Sound Circuit concept, where space and sound merge into a unique experience!
Roman Flügel is one of the biggest names in the German electronic music scene. Active since the early ‘90s, Flügel is a true chameleon, effortlessly shifting between acid techno, deep house, and electro, while also exploring experimental sounds influenced by jazz, krautrock, and ambient music. As one of Germany’s most prolific electronic artists, he’s a household name among dance music lovers worldwide.
Adding another burst of energy to the lineup is Charlie, a Berlin-based electronic artist of Polish descent. Deeply connected to Krakow’s visual art scene, she also ran her own club nights before bringing them to Berlin. A seasoned selector who has been setting dancefloors on fire for years, Charlie delivers an eclectic yet always electrifying mix of electro, EBM, and italo disco. Over time, she has developed a killer live show using analog synthesizers and drum machines, which she’ll be showcasing at Kupe.
Another hot name on this lineup is Jonathan Kusuma, the rising DJ, producer, and musician from Jakarta. A powerhouse of the global underground scene, Kusuma runs his own label and party series, Dekadenz, in Jakarta, while also serving as the music director for Zodiac Jakarta. His captivating sound has found a home on influential labels such as Minh, Cocktail d’Amore, I’m a Cliché, and Correspondant.
Closing out this brilliant night, Fabrizio Mammarella and Antonio Zuza will go b2b once again, just like they did last fall when they left us wanting more. Expect an unforgettable night of music, with the DJ booth placed right in the middle of the crowd, creating a perfect synergy of sound, light, and dance.
