El VIP EXPERIENCE tiene unas reglas de convivencia, y la productora se reserva el derecho de revocar la permanencia en el espacio ante comportamientos que comprometan dicha convivencia. The VIP EXPERIENCE ticket includes 2 drinks, an exclusive bar, exclusive toilets and does NOT give access to the stage. The VIP EXPERIENCE has rules of coexistence, and the producer reserves the right to revoke the stay in the space in case of behaviour that compromises this coexistence. Places are limited. *The VIP wristband includes entrance to the official afterparty. **Once inside the venue it is not allowed to leave and re-enter with the same ticket. Refund conditions: **Tickets are purchased assuming any type of unforeseen event.** In case of cancellation prior to the start of the event for reasons beyond the organization, the full amount of the ticket will be refunded. Places are limited. BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE tickets do not give access to the stage. This ticket provides access to the reserved area with a bar and dedicated bathrooms. WE ARE AGAINST THE TICKET RESALE MARKET, AND AFTER EXPERIENCES IN PREVIOUS EVENTS, WITH DUPLICATE AND NON-OFFICIAL ENTRIES, WE DO NOT SUPPORT THE THIRD PARTY REVERSING PLATFORMS, INCLUDING TICKETSWAP. WE WORK EXCLUSIVELY WITH RESIDENT ADVISOR TO PROVIDE A REVISED AND FAIR METHOD OF RESELLING TICKETS. ALL TICKETS WILL REQUIRE THAT THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND THEIR ID MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE DOOR, ANY ENTRY PURCHASED FROM A THIRD PARTY NOT APPROVED WILL NOT ALLOW ACCESS.
