On the 26th of April comes the long awaited launch of HEAD2HEAD.
An F2F competition aimed at showcasing the absolute finest talent going!!
Held in Colour Factory it is set to be a spectacle.
HEAD2HEAD is an F2F style event that aims to revolutionise clubbing as we know it. In a world where the stage is dominated by music producing, we want to shine a spotlight on raw live talent on the decks and mic. We have pondered for months over the lineup to ensure that we bring you the coolest clashes. Bringing heavy-weights from different genres around the UK together on one big night from house to dubstep and garage to Jungle and
many more.
Hosted by two of the coldest MC’s about at the moment, MC Deadman and Limmz who are guaranteed to bring the energy and get the whole place bouncing.
Our Headline match up will see Cicely and Mixtress compete to win over the dance-floor at jungle and hardcore bpms and we truly cannot wait.
The event also features something we like to call The Selector Initiative. This is something which aims to get more and more DJ talent onto the bigger stages, talent that may be struggling to do so on their own. Anyone can submit a mix to us via email or instagram and we will select two DJs from this pot to play at our next event, every event.
For our launch event this is round 1, where we will be seeing Theo vs Sez. Both of which sent us amazing mixes and have been very supportive of HEAD2HEAD since the beginning.
We also have 140 heavyweights Freja and Zukki locked in. Be sure to hear some of the heaviest grime, uk bass and breaks chopped, flipped and mixed!
Lewis Carroll and Dan Schofield will bring House to the table, educating us all on some of the funkiest tunes! The pairing have played together many a time and we cannot wait to hear what happens when they challenge each other HEAD2HEAD.
And Finally the founders of HEAD2HEAD, Stan and Tom will bring some oldskool garage and breakbeat. Having met at Uni and been sharing/competing ever since over who has the best tunes, we cannot wait to hear what develops when given a crowd to show it all too!!

London’s independent venues have faced immense challenges in recent years, and Colour Factory is no exception. For this event and most others, we rely solely on bar sales to keep the venue running. By skipping the pre-drinks and grabbing a drink at the bar instead, you’re directly supporting the space that brings these incredible nights to life. Come down early, support the opening acts and help keep the spirit of London’s music scene alive!
SEE YOU THERE!!
