Known for his signature blend of deep spiritual house and soul-stirring selections, Joe Claussell is a cornerstone of New York's dance music culture, born to a large and diverse Puerto Rican family with deep musical roots and raised in NYC clubs like The Inferno, CBGB, Mudd Club, and the Paradise Garage. Founder of independent eclectic world house label Spiritual Life Music and Sacred Rhythm and a part of the Body & Soul parties alongside Francois K and Danny Krivit, Claussell weaves a masterful tapestry of sound that speaks directly to the heart and soul.
