Occasionally an album comes along that seems to capture the mood of the time. The K&D Sessions was one of those. In the late 1990s no afterparty or languid Sunday afternoon was complete without Kruder & Dorfmeister blasting from the Bang & Olufsen. Now approaching its 25th anniversary, the iconic album has sold over a million copies. K&D are well known for only taking the vocal stems from the music, which they select to remix, building a whole new set of arrangements around these pieces of original source material.
