 SPEKKI WEBU (Mirror Zone, NL) Versatile, exquisite, and resourceful - elements that shape the limitless possibilities of master spellbinder Spekki Webu. Hailing from the unpretentious city of Delft in The Netherlands, this conceptual sound composer and artist continues to create an ethereal realm of its own through multiple artistic outlets.

 Guided by an ethos gained through his involvement in the gabber and tekno movement, Spekki Webu cultivates a sound that can be described as persistent and ritualistic. Whether it is his DJ sets, live performances, or music productions, the mysterious chief mind expander deconstructs time and space with fierce precision and tactility. On a constant quest to explore the unknown, his studio - binging sessions resulted in releases on widely respected labels such as Amniote, Blue Hour, and Positive Source.

 Moved by his philosophical beliefs on spiritualism, Spekki Webu’s output manifests itself beyond the dancefloor with a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration. His vision of electronic music translated through his Mirror Zone label and Optic Portal sublabel. As a composer, he pushes the boundaries of sound through his Signal Transmutations AV project and multiple spatial installations presented at places such as Lunchmeat, FIBER, and De School. While behind the scenes, he works on scores and sound design for movies and series.

 Navigating through the crossroads of tribalism, experiment, and rhythm - the broad musical spectrum of this lysergic gatekeeper drags you into a wormhole that goes beyond the here and now, captivating listeners into a deep state of introspection.  OCCA (Archiv/JP) OCCA’s dark, psychedelic sets mix elements of techno, minimal, breakbeat and house into a multidimensional structure ideal for the dancefloor. He navigates diverse sonic aesthetics like a maestro, aiming to transcend space, time and spirit, luring listeners into uncharted realms with his meticulous mixing style. He has been invited to play at prestigious domestic parties like DJ NOBU’s Future Terror and techno festival, Mindgames’ The Labyrinth. In recent years, he has embarked on frequent tours across Europe and Asia, counting performances at clubs such as Säule (Germany); Bassiani (Georgia); Mihn (Hong Kong) and Pawnshop (Taiwan). His overseas festival appearances include Wonderfruit (Thailand) and (Re)treat Festival (Vietnam). He is also active in the domestic scene as an organiser, running “ARCHIV” at Precious Hall club in Sapporo for over a decade; and has started to host conceptual events at prominent venues such as WOMB and VENT in Tokyo, and CIRCUS in Osaka.
