To help decode this unknown message, we summon sonic explorers from across the land, led by CDMX-based PAURRO, followed by jdotbalance (CHI), and guided by our local navigator Débris. This lineup will lead us through a multitude of waves and genre-bending blends, guiding us on the journey into the unknown. ------------------------- PAURRO - Mexico City A proud ambassador of Mexican electronic music, PAURRO has established herself as a leading figure on the international scene, delighting audiences with her dynamic performances. Rooted in house music, she draws a fine line between organic and energetic sounds, drawing on diverse inspirations for unforgettable sets. starting her journey after completing college, PAURRO delved into the world of DJing honing her skills in local venues. Her talent quickly gained recognition, leading to bookings at top parties and nightclubs in Mexico City and beyond. Known for her ability to keep the dance floor packed, PAURRO’s dynamic performances have earned her a reputation as a standout artist in the Mexican electronic music scene. in 2021, PAURRO’s collaboration with music producer Matias Aguayo of Cómeme opened new doors for her career, culminating in the release of her debut EP “Galavision”. As the label manager of Cómeme, PAURRO’s partnership with Aguayo not only highlighted her evolving sound but also solidified her position as an artist to watch in the ever-evolving electronic music landscape. E. De La Cruz, is a Chicanx electronic music producer and DJ originally from Texas and now based in Chicago. Known for their passion for unconventional sonics, Jdotbalance's music fuses hybrid synthesis dynamics with unfamiliar hooks, creating forward-thinking, left-field, global club, and breaksy dance music. They have released music on labels such as ESP Institute, Fixed Rhythms, and SLINK. Their 2024 EP "Verdant," released on SLINK, showcases their unique approach to dance music, characterized by triumphant contrasts in tempo, genre, textures, and feeling.
