Unlike other warehouse venues in the neighborhood, it features a thoughtfully landscaped outdoor area spanning over 7,000 square feet, providing a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. This versatility and unique design make it an ideal setting for a wide range of events. Associated is the in-house promoter at Happier People Mgmt, shaping music programming across venues including 99 Scott (Main Space, Courtyard, InnerSpace, Unders), SAA (Sangs, Car Park), WSA (Red Room), Palm Heights (Supper Club, Fall Fest) and more.
