One Foot in the Rave

OFITR is back with a bang this May and we have a sexy lineup in store for you. We’re a queer-led underground party born from friendship, built on intimacy, and driven by a love of hardgroove techno. This time, we’re heading to Bar A Bar—a dedicated basement club with a Martin Audio sound system in the heart of Stoke Newington. Low ceilings, big energy, and room to lose yourself. Opening the night is bubushko—our very own sonic explorer from the juicy flatlands of northern Greece. Having spent the last decade exploring London’s underground dancefloors, they’re now stepping behind the decks to serve up a cocktail of groovy techno, funk-infused rhythms, and irresistible beats. Expect to sweat. Closing duties fall to Gloria-Rose, who’s no stranger to a packed dancefloor. French-born, London-based, and an M.A.S. resident, Gloria-Rose brings her signature blend of hypnotic hard grooves, driving percussion, and layered textures that ignite dance floors and leave a lasting impression. With appearances across some of the UK and Europe’s most forward-thinking parties, she’s become known for her seamless transitions, sharp track selection, and magnetic energy. Unbound by genre or geography, Gloria-Rose continues to push her sound forward—building sets that are immersive, physical, and deeply felt. As always, our residents Yazmin and AMAR will be bringing the heat—warming up the room with their signature blend of punchy, percussive rhythms and hypnotic techno.
