Juke Joint with Jana Rush

Juke Joint returns with another Manchester debut for a footwork pioneer. This time around we are bringing Chicago's own Jana Rush to rock out the Soup basement. With a string of releases on some esteemed labels, including the legendary Planet Mu, Jana Rush has created some of the most interesting an experimental takes on footwork, along with plenty of outright bangers! Her NTS show has also been a consistent showcase of some of the best new music - go check it for a flavour of the heat to expect! On support duties we have Egg on Toast and Ebmo from the Manchester scene, both of whom are killer selectors at 160bpm. As a Not Bad For A Girl resident and master of bass-heavy club heat, Egg on Toast never serves the same dish twice, bouncing between UK underground flavours and global club influences, served up for us at deliciously high tempos. ebmo is a multigenre DJ who has been making waves across the Leeds and Manchester music scenes. Drawing inspiration from global sounds, expect an eclectic mix of footwork, booty house, guaracha, and more!
