For our next 2 room excursion, we’ve assembled a lineup that truly embraces the power of technology and sound system culture - inviting 5 artists who continually push club music into new forms. First up, one of the most revered Detroit figureheads makes his FOLD debut. A true pioneer of machine music, DJ Stingray 313 fingerprints have appeared on many timeless techno and electro records since the birth of the genre. You know what to expect: a balaclava-clad figure soundtracking the future. Few artists can match DJ Stingray’s prowess, but we’d argue Special Request is one of them. Paul Woolford has been flying the flag for UK dance music for over 20 years - don’t miss this rare opportunity to witness him let loose on one of London’s best club systems. Room 2 is headed up by the ultimate DJ’s DJ and our most frequent guest, Lena Willikens - an imitable artist who needs no introduction. She is joined by a pair of CF label affiliates - Austrian polyrhythmic maestro Toupaz, and Memory Play, who brings their fierce live set back to FOLD after an unforgettable RM1 closing back in 2023.
