Momentum celebrates 2 years of hard techno and sweaty nights. For this special occasion we are bringing gothparade back to absolutely wreck us. Yultron presents gothparade. Yultron, celebrated for his diverse musical journey, massive festival performances, and legendary collaborations, is set to deliver a one-of-a-kind, hard-hitting experience. What is Momentum? When we started in 2023, there was almost no space for hard techno in SF. I was told over and over that it was “too aggressive,” “too niche,” “not what the city wants.” But even before the genre caught fire online, the SF dance community was already proving them wrong. And that’s because of YOU. Every party, I meet someone who reminds me why this exists—old friends, new faces, couples who met on our floor, DJs who found their spark here, people who drive hours just to be **part of the energy.** What we’ve built together is more than a party—it’s a movement. I grew up in the Bay Area punk and metal scene. That spirit—the DIY mindset, the resistance to gatekeeping, the belief that everyone deserves a place to belong—still runs through the heart of Momentum. We don’t ask permission. We make space for each other. Our promise at Momentum is simple: We will always provide a safe space for women, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and everyone in between to dance freely. We will never police our DJs on how fast or hard they play. We will always platform talented artists, regardless of gender, sexuality, or ethnicity. We don’t tolerate body shaming, harassment, or hate speech. Period. Party hard, take care of yourself, and look out for each other. Stay hydrated, stay weird, and stay loud.
