PACIFIC MODE returns to Bushwick, DIY style, after last October’s 'Voice Actor' show at Nowadays and a standout event series in Tokyo. Kicking things off is a special guest (to be announced in May), whose recent LP is still fresh in memory—expect a deep, dubby, and minimal set to set the tone for the night. Following up, Montreal’s "DJ Frog" from the 'Doo' label brings her signature psychedelic, chuggy, dusty, and loopy take on house and techno. Then, from local scenes to the global stage including Sustain-Release, Dekmantel, and Waking Life - "livwutang" delivers a sound that defies classification, delivering the true spirit of a DIY party. Closing it out, PACIFIC MODE favorite "YELLOWUHURU" brings his deep-rooted house energy, blending organic and experimental elements for the perfect moring.
