I Guess I'm OK… with Dali, evin, Levente & Mike Midnight

I guess I'm OK for right now but tomorrow i'm going to Sameheads!! A night with friends hosted by Sameheads regular Levente. Dali is a DJ and Producer based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Her excitement about dance culture starts in her teenage years, and for the past decade, since 2014 Dali has been a personality on Tbilisi Dance Scene. Known for her diverse style and peculiar approach to techno, she never backs from breaking the beats and burning down the dancefloor with fierce rhythms. Dali is known for her exquisite technique and hard-working nature, earning herself a reputation as a DJ who is always there exploring new genres, artists and cultures. Apart from DJ-ing, Dali is a prolific producer, consistently releasing her tracks in Georgia and beyond. Dali prides herself to be contributing as a selector in community radios in various Cities. One half of Dimenzione Danza and two halfs of unhinged fun are the main ingredients that make up evin's refined approach to DJing. With a nod to the past and an eye on the future, the Club Heart Broken resident seamlessly blends progressive house, trance and techno and creates sonic experiences that bridges generations and ignites the dancefloor with timeless euphoria. The seductive basslines and the ecstatic directness of her sound will hit you straight in your core and put the dancefloor at the center of her sonic endeavors. A leading light of contemporary downtempo and trip hop music, Mike Midnight has established himself over the past decade as a versatile DJ and with a recent series of stellar downtempo EPs including ‘Angel Hours’ and a recent collaborative project ‘trickpony’ with friends Roza Terenzi and Gem K. His productions explore 00s nostalgia through lush textures, big emotional pulls and referential, playful sampling. His recent mixes for NTS’s Braden Wells, Rinse.fm’s Baraka and pipipi showcase his incredible skills as a DJ. Mike boasts a deep and broad knowledge of both club music and obscure trip hop and downtempo music, a delicate grip of energy and flow that feels gentle while his sonic architecture is a hazy morning-after remedy of hopeful synth pads, angelic vocal wash and bleepy melodies. In today’s digitally-dominated era, the temptation to lighten up the dance floor with euphoria-driven moments and quick thrills can be hard to avoid.
