Far Corners Presents a Night of Global Dance Music with Esa and Poly-Ritmo.
Following on from their sold out shows at NTs Loft, Night Tales and Grow, Hackney - Far Corners are back for a night of music from the farcorners of the world.
Expect everything from Calypso from Trinidad & Tobago to Samba from Brazil, Highlife from Ghana to Soul from Japan, Arabic Disco to South Asian Boogie and beyond.
We're very excited to announce that joining the usual far.corners chefs Kamar and Daniele Mizar is none other than South African London-based DJ and musician, Esa - ex-Worldwide FM resident and long time collaborator of Rush Hour Music and Kamazu, will be joining the bill. We’ve always been huge fans of Esa’s work as he traverses through tapestries of African dance music and weaves it into dance music from all around the world
Also on the lineup is one of our favourite DJs - the London legend, world touring, and outstanding force within Brazilian music - Poly Ritmo, undoubtedly guaranteed to bring an incredible selection of the best global boogie and dance to the floor.
Far Corners residents Kamar and Daniele Mizar will also be joining the bill on warm-up duties, promising to bring their expansive Latin, South Asian, Middle Eastern and African collections that they've provided to crowds at We Out Here, The Jago, Night Tales Loft, and Grow Hackney over the past year.
Tickets from £8+ are available in advance - we expect this to sell-out so don’t miss your chance!
These parties are, by nature, inclusive, and are meant to be safe spaces, where the cultural tapestry of global music can be heard, found and appreciated in its richness. We want to bring people into that vision and have an absolute zero tolerance policy for bigoted, creepy or abusive behaviour. Tickets for this event are incredibly limited and we expect them to sell out quickly. We advise all attendees to buy tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment.
