it's time for another "come relax with us" (est. 2016) join us for a day-to-night party on Sat MAY 3 @ 3 pm, when we bring the ol soundsystem to TBA in sunny oakland california, and play dance music ("to dance to") with some outstanding djs: Some Uncertain Sir aka marco: a dear international homie who packs his bag(s) w so much fire that he had to start a now-famous youtube channel....also runs the illustrious label wex records... all to say, we are too excited to host him here JP a new york staple and longtime friend, with impeccable taste in all Tracks with a capital TTT Wonja a destroyer slash purveyor of the off-kilter-est sets out there llloyd aka matt: a tastemaker who's never *not* in the groove, never *not* djing, and ready to throw in a curveball that may make you question everything Very Much Romance hello that's us. we love music. thanks there will be an extra special cocktail of the day & tbd food being whipped up by a real life angel roll through in the late afternoon with your loved 1s bring blanket, snacks, drinks, other things too :) COME RELAX WITH US began when kate and I and i were just settling into the bay... we were going out just about 4-5x a week, living la vida loca, and meeting a full gamut of people on the dance floor. this event began in order to nurture deeper friendships, and gather a small community out here in the wild west... this ethos continues today...
