Gegen Whorehouse

The word “whore” exists as an insult, a disciplinary tool to mark, isolate, and shame. A slur designed to police bodies, desires, and economies of pleasure. It is the language of control, of surveillance, of moral hegemony, a rhetorical branding iron burning into flesh: you are excessive, you are impure, you are transgressive. Whore is an epistemic weapon, wielded to regulate, to erase, to dehumanize. It is the linguistic technology of slut-shaming, of gender policing, of neoliberal hypocrisy that commodifies desire while condemning its autonomy. In the hierarchies of virtue, the whore is the subject-object of contradiction: celebrated in the realm of fantasy, erased in the discourse of legitimacy. Sexual autonomy is criminalized while its fetishization fuels economies of consumption. Desire is tolerated only when it is hidden, censored, sanitized into digestible aesthetics. The stigma of the whore is not about sex, but about power, the right to control one's own body, to perform, to sell, to refuse, to devour. Welcome to GEGEN Whorehouse: a space of disruption, a stage of erotic rebellion, a queer architecture of disobedience. Here, sex is not sin, pleasure is not deviance, and identity is not a product to be policed. It is a place where the insult collapses into affirmation, where the condemned term turns against its oppressors, where desire exists in its radical potential: fluid, unapologetic, political. To be whore is to break the contract of subservience, to expose the system that shames while it exploits, to turn the insult into a manifesto of resistance. The Gegen Whorehouse is not just a space, it is an action, a noise, a queering of the capitalist choreography of bodies. Be ungovernable.
