Central - Evan Baggs [extended set]

We return to clubland with our biggest London party yet, welcoming the maestro Evan Baggs to the Colour Factory. After 3 years of sold out Fridays at the Lion & Lamb we are excited to move to a bigger space for this one. Evan Baggs, originally from New York but since 2007 has resided in Berlin, is what you would call a ‘DJ’s DJ,’ in the sense that he is known for really throwing his hands underneath the crates, pulling out surprises that knock you over the head. He’s circled the globe quite a few times, playing in cities from nowadays in his hometown, to Fabric in London, stretching to parts of Tokyo, Tbilisi, Kiev, and all throughout Berlin. His formula to his wizardry behind the decks is quite straightforward, propelled by his heart and mind through numerous subgenres including broken beat, breaks, electro, acid, minimal house, techno, and garage to name a few.
