Welcome to CounterCxlture x The Blocks, where two of London's hottest queer parties converge to celebrate all things PRIDE.
As a true collaboration of sound, expect CounterCxlture x The Blocks to blend bouncy bass, cunty-tech, global, electro, dubstep, garage and more, all set within the the perfectly formed Loft @ Low Profile Studios.
CounterCxlture is a Queer bass music night that spotlights Queer, FLINTA and POC artists, that is passionate about all things Bass. CounterCxlture is not just about the sounds, we’re about the artists too. As a talent collective, we go beyond covering overheads: we split profits fairly, investing back into the community so artists can continue to thrive.
The Blocks is a party that champions queer early DJ talent. Multi-genre, with a focus on club, house, techno, they run events to platform the most exciting new DJs London has to offer.
The Blocks has had a fabulous run of packed events over the past year, and is quickly becoming known as one of the hottest new queer nights on the scene, including being RA Pick for their October party.
As well as championing queer DJ talent, The Blocks has raised money to support charities including Rainbow Migration, The Outside Project and Medical Aid Palestine.
