If 8 Mile & Boiler Room had a baby, this would be it. Taking place LIVE in front of an audience and panel of judges who all have the power to vote DJs into the next round. Welcome to SEASON 2. This is the third tournament of 2025 Powered by G SHOCK RADIO The last few tournaments have been huge. We witnessed so many talented DJs from all walks of life, genres and abilities battling it out to win big prizes, and even continuing on into exciting new phases of their DJ journey.. [HOW IT WORKS] * 8 DJs battle it out for ONE winner * From quarter finals to the last final round in one night * Each battle consists of two DJs. Both have mix, play and transition in each round whilst still sticking true to their sounds and who they are as artists * This is where they get to show off their song selections, tricks and transitions and vibe with the crowd to win your audience vote at the end of each battle * The final two DJs standing will showdown in a 15-minute battle of pure Back 2 Back & Track 4 Track mix determining who will be crowned champion [AUDIENCE & JUDGES VOTE] Our resident judges are back, with Nicky from Riot Noise is back, an artist manager and booker for national gigs and festivals. Alongside Donal Sharpson from Choki Biki Records to judge on the technicality and wizardry.
