Golden Record NYC and Import/Export invite three daring artists to step behind the decks on 04.15.
Relentless record collector and mainstay at the infamous Cocktail d’Amore, Budino is celebrated for curating sets filled with rare and eclectic tracks. Her style gravitates around dark psychedelic textures, trance-infused beats, tribal percussion with a subtle echo of Balearic grooves. Driven by an unyielding passion for finding the perfect record for every moment, she knows exactly how to guide dancers and listeners into uncharted realms of sound.
Berlin native jiyun kim has forged her own path as a distinctive force in the city's underground scene. Her journey began with a residency at the iconic Prince Charles club, where she perfected the art of enchanting audiences with sets that unfold like beautifully woven rhythmic narratives. Merging polished melodies with high-energy beats, jiyun’s sound continues to inspire both new and seasoned dance music enthusiasts as she experiments and performs on stages around the globe.
Multidisciplinary artist, living between NYC and Amsterdam, Joiah draws on a wide range of influences. She opens the night with a set that fluidly blends house, breaks, minimal, and techno into a sound often described as both misty and warm.
