\\Heavenphetamine// Japanese Psych Punk Band from Tokyo. Since 2021 based in Tbilisi. Influenced by 60- 70’s psychedelic rock, 80’s Post Punk and Acid house mainly but is able to feel the Japanese musical element as spice like “wasabi”. Influenced by sci-fi and fantasy themes, the sound sets its sights on arpy electronics, cosmic disco, and vampy Italo grooves, with an occasional nod to exotica and early French electronic music. The new album Next Stop Nebula is currently out through Alicia Carrera's Lío Press Records and Sound Metaphors Distribution. On stage, the band features members from The Tarts, Pink and White Terraces, and Heavenphetamine. Using drum machines, synthesizers, flute, and electric guitars the live experience hopes to take the audience on a little spaceship ride, through the cosmos of our imaginations and back, leaving behind the resonances of a starry sonic dream.
