ABOUT THE PARTY: DJ Three is celebrating 35 years as a globally respected DJ, artist (Second Hand Satellites, Three A.M.), and label owner (Hallucination Limited, Hallucienda) starting with the release of TRiP MAGAZEEN The Complete Collection: a 350 page book documenting nascent US rave culture through a global lens from 1992 through 1994. Published by DJ DB’s Blurring Books and set for release on May 30th. Serious Soul is proud to host this TRiP launch party with book creators and Tampa underground pioneers Peter Wohelski, DJ Three, and Grumptronix (plus additional book contributors DJ Jask and 88.5’s Michael Bagley) with a special meet & greet / book signing from 8pm to 9pm with a special ambient/electronica vinyl set by Lex. Then Brian Busto, Grumptronix and DJ Three will soundtrack the night with all- vinyl sets.
