InConcert. - Event Cancellation Statement
It’s with deep frustration that we announce the cancellation of the upcoming InConcert. event scheduled for May 3rd at EartH Theatre.
This decision has not been made lightly. Despite strong support from Resident Advisor, Clot Magazine, Crack Magazine, and a significant investment in advertising, last-minute and frankly unacceptable changes have forced our hand. We were only informed this week that the original theatre space — a key element of the event’s identity and everything we promoted — would no longer be available. Being asked to scramble for a new venue at the eleventh hour completely undermines the event we spent months carefully curating.
The theatre setting wasn’t just a nice detail — it was central to the entire vision. Shifting to a substitute space would have been a disservice to the artists, the audience, and everything InConcert. stands for. After serious discussions with everyone involved, we reluctantly concluded that cancellation, while bitterly disappointing, is the only responsible option.
We want to sincerely thank everyone who supported this project — the artists, media partners, and all ticket buyers. We’re genuinely sorry it’s come to this, especially after so much effort and excitement.
We are already working hard behind the scenes to put on another InConcert. show at a later date, and we hope to share news with you soon.
All tickets will be refunded in full via the original point of purchase.
Thanks for your understanding,
Alex Piers
