Wastelands Festival

Wastelands is a brand new music and arts festival in the heart of the Scottish Borders celebrating community, sound and creativity. Across the first weekend of June 2025, Wastelands seeks to provide an incredible experience through the form of a wildly diverse line up of musicians and artists, educational and entertaining workshops, delicious food and beverage from locally sourced independent businesses, and a whole world of markets and art installations supporting the Scottish DIY community and festival scene. Wastelands brings a wealth of different music and acts, embracing many genres such as Drum & Bass, Jungle, Techno, Jazz, Hardcore Punk, Hip Hop, Dub, Stoner Doom, Metalcore, Gabba, Speedbass, Folk Singer & Songwriter, Ambience, Industrial, Alternative Rock. With three stages, we will be featuring a stage dedicated to electronic music, a stage for hardcore punk, and a stage for almost everything, we've got something for everyone. We are keeping costs down to try and make this event as accessible, open and welcoming to as many people as possible. We're very excited to be bringing a whole new experience to the Scottish Borders.
