Working at Higher Ground in his first kitchen role, Will stepped into the world of hospitality and has been learning and working with some of the best in Manchester since the restaurant opened in 2023. He’s going to be bringing a multi-course sharing style menu using seasonal British ingredients to Rainy Heart.
