Wax Paradise: MLiR, Micmac, 1DAN

Luu Bar launches Wax Paradise – a new vinyl-only series where grooves run deep and only wax spins. A night carved in warm crackles, rare cuts, and underground energy. MLiR (Studio Barnhus / SE) Marco Gegenheimer of MLiR blends organic sounds, samples, and live instruments, releasing genre-defying music on labels like Studio Barnhus. Based in Vietnam, he continues to influence the underground with his 2024 album "Pulpo Fiction. MICMAC (Tropical Borders / FR) Micmac, vinyl addict, DJ/producer, jumping from wild free parties to Paris’s techno institutions like REX Club in the early 2000s. On Saigon’s map since 2010, exploring various styles of techno, house and minimal, sometimes more experimental when jamming with machines. Always trying to share and celebrate with the audience the passion for the beat! 1DAN (DeepSystems, Bati Bati / UK) 1DAN debuted in 2011 on Atmospheric Existence Recordings, followed by releases on Batti Batti (supported by Jus-Ed, Fred P, etc.). Collaborations with Jon 'Griffin' Gray as Tales Ov Rossi returned to Atmospheric Existence, while 2019 saw the techno-focused Flank project debut on Pink Room Records. 1DAN's DJ sets range from blistering techno to obscure deep house, offering unique and challenging selections Free Entrance
