Born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, Kevin’s music style was heavily influenced by his parents who would play Disco, Funk, Soul and R&B from the 70’s and 80’s during their family gatherings. Inspiration hit when he went to his first underground party and watched as the DJ worked the crowd into a frenzy with House Music and it’s still a passion to this day. His sound continues to evolve with various house styles from vocal & soulful, jackin & funky, bumpy UKG 4x4, to deep & discofied. In 2012 he founded the monthly house night known as GrooveHaus Cleveland once a month on Saturday nights the house music faithful gathered to hear international and local DJ’s dropping the best in funky and soulful house vibes. Kevin has shared the decks with well know artists Derrick Carter, Mark Farina, Moon Boots, Marques Wyatt, Eli Escobar, Dj Dan, DJ Spen, Todd Edwards, Kevin Saunderson, Tony Humphries, Delano Smith, Todd Terry, Jask, Dj Heather, Colette, Stacy Kidd, Scott Diaz, Czboogie, Trevor Lamont, and Chicago’s very own Dajae! His energy and style are infectious and when Kevin is doing his thing...the floor will be jumpin!! To him House Music is more than just a feeling.....it’s a way of life!
